Refund/Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-day exchange policy for products purchased directly from Uptown Family Vision. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging.

  • We operate under a no refund policy on all products, as they are only exchangeable. Exchanges will be for products of equal or lesser value. If the item you wish to exchange is of higher value, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.

  • For custom-made glasses, due to their personalized nature, exchanges will only be permitted in cases of prescription or craftsmanship issues within 30 days of the purchase date.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. The estimated delivery time for your order will be provided during the checkout process.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We strive to deliver all orders promptly; however, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

  • Uptown Family Vision is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier or factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please call our practice at 847-696-6444 as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before production has been started by the lab.

  • If your order has already been shipped, our standard exchange policy (mentioned above) will apply.
